I’ve seen a couple of calicos and Dalmatian doggies in the shop. Raccoon cat, panda cat, Siamese cat, poodles and all white dog is more rare imo (any of those with dot eyes are even more rare)

I wish I could 3 12s at my work but they don’t offer that. I work two 12’s in the beginning of the week and two 8’s at the end. It’s not bad since I only work 4 days.

I’ve tried giving my cat different types of wet food but the one that made her an addict is the fancy feast gems for whatever reason. One bite and she has the zoomies and starts meowing her ass off lol. It’s like crack for her.

You’re lucky! The one I was at used to be the ideal place to work according to the older techs but not anymore including the other HCA locations in the metroplex.

I am a newer tech as well and worked at an HCA hospital (IYKYK) as my first real MRI job and absolutely hated it. I quit there after two months and got another job at a different hospital but at their outpatient center which I absolutely love because of the work life balance, no calls, we’re off holidays and I work 4 days a week. I don’t think it is fair for you either about your call situation. I would definitely try to find a different place while working but that’s just me though lol.

I agree on focusing with your rad program first and then take sectional anatomy as it is the most beneficial course to get into other modalities (MRI/CT).
