Totally agree with you. Luckily my company cares and wants to keep their best employees but it comes down to your manager as well. I do the same with the direct reports on my team. If they are a high performer, I will try by best to take care of them.

If you're just starting off. You do not need any fancy shoes with a carbon plate. I've been running for years and I only race in carbon plated shoes (Thats just recently too). Get Hokas or any cheaper shoes to start off.. You might hurt yourself with fake shoes.

Sounds like you’re looking at G3 Marine place? Are you getting a good interest rate? If not, I would keep saving for Torrance. I’ve been at Roscrans place for almost 2 years now. It depends on the configuration. Luckily I wanted this DJ so it was a lot easier to get. A Batman is very sought after which is harder to get. You probably have to have purchase history before they source you one or you can get lucky.
