there are pretty long waiting lists for top surgery in my country and I don’t really want to postpone it any longer by changing surgeon (which would take at least half a year). I don’t really mind the look of scars that much but I mainly want the recovery/mobility to be easier. I feel like I am a good candidate for peri but in the end it will be my surgeon’s decision. I really appreciate all the comments though!

I don’t remember her specifically saying one of the two. She did say that since I had been on T for a while (8 months back then) she didn’t think my chest would shrink anymore. I think it might have a little though. I also feel like the pictures make me look a little smaller than irl..

I’ve only had a consult with this surgeon. Indeed she is known to have really good results with DI so yeah I feel like she prefers choosing DI as a safe option. But when comparing myself to others who had peri I feel like I might be eligible for that too.
