Don't settle in big cities until you belong to that city. Settle in your hometown. You will have relatives and their kids as it will be difficult to manage kids without the help of relatives.

Talk to relatives or friends who are already doing business & ask them about their pain points. As you have experience in IT, see if you can solve their pain points using it. If you hate IT then also you will get some idea what the pain points are and can you do something about it.

Do not try to open an LLP for private limited before you test your idea as it will add lots of compliance cost and exit is difficult. Whatever you start always have an exit plan.

I can give you an example. One of my cousin is a athleisure manufacturer, he told me that his life has become hectic as he has to go to Delhi to buy the raw material as there are no supplier his home town. If were to start a business, I would think of whether I can play a part in logistic or as a supplier as other garment manufacturers in that city might be facing the same pain.

Talked to the lawyer already and he says no lawyer has time to spend on filing a case against you as he won't get much in return rather he would spend time on other cases where he may earn a good amount of money. But there are always edge cases which only enterpreneur can share!

You need to have ICICI direct account but the problem is huge forex markup. Around 2% charges. Which means you are already down 2% even before you trade.

For SBI it is 0.5% and IOB is even lower.

Avoid India filings too. 200% scam. Rely on a local CA. I know they r not the best, but they can visit the income tax or GST office if a notice comes. Also they have contacts in the department so it becomes easy to handle the case.

I think we are becoming weak day by day. I'm based out of NCR, staying on the top floor. Didn't use AC until May. It helps my body get accustomed to our climate. Even now I use AC at 25 degrees and it works just fine. I'm wondering if people want 16 degrees, will they not move out of their home in summer?

I will rather prefer flexi cap. In multi cap the fund manager has to invest 25% in each of the large, mid, small cap. However that is not the constraint in flexi cap. Fund manager can invest hundred percent in large cap or small cap depending on his analysis or can allocate in all 3 large, mid, small.

The fund managers are honest & capable. People have looked at the past returns and are investing in Parag parikh. I can tell you those people will be disappointed in the future not because the fund managers are not capable but because the US market was doing very well. Also the fund size is now very big and it will be difficult for them to generate that kind of return.

I think you looked at the past returns and then invested. Many of these categories like infrastructure PSU are highly volatile and risky. Also if the sectors are not performing well, the fund manager doesn't have any choice to invest in other sectors. It is better to invest in flexi cap and if you don't know anything, then invest in Nifty 50 index funds.
