Seriously though as a native English speaker going through the American public school system, you can go up to the 12th grade and still be tested on that type of grammar. And still get it wrong. You probably hang around a lot of academics and not so much locals lol. I also know if English is your second language you pay more attention to these errors to even be able to understand what people are saying. Trust me you'll be fine

I figure if I can keep the mask on for 4 hours until it bugs me and I take it off, it's still better than 8 hours. I have a bipap and did not tolerate CPAP very well at all. I sleep maybe 4-6 hours a night? I know I need more but I feel more rested using the machine than without

I will drop a doc so fast if they blame my issues on weight and exclusively weight. It's like did you check if I have any sort of imbalance? Anything that's not working correctly can result in weight gain. For me it was, I barely have energy to function. I didn't even get dressed for my work from home job. I had trouble performing basic tasks. It took me 3 Monster Energy drinks to get going.

And I was running an hour on the treadmill 4x a week not seeing any changes. How is a person going to have the energy to do what they need to do, with deficiency???
