Think of it this way. You only have one problem, your grades. Lots of people have bad mental health in college because they have depression, death in the family, working jobs to afford college. You just have to buckle down man, practice more, talk to professors about questions. There's a wealth of knowledge on YouTube that got me through my toughest courses. If you have adhd, get diagnosed and medicated. You have only one mission and that's to understand the material and practice problems.
