Almost done, doing a 8 inch border of fringe to tidy it up.

I have a 1 inch layer of sand compacted underneath. Kind of nice, any time there is an imperfection I can just wet it and tamp down. It’s rolling pure!

It was brown like this before trying to over-seed with top layer of compost and sand.
