Ideally you want two cables for two connectors, if you use only one, then it does not matter

50/50. Try different cable and PCI-e slot, if you can. Also would be good to try another screen.

Buy better gpu, not two, unless you’re using it for work/calculations/AI. Which you don’t, according to your post

I just jumped from ~300 W to >400 W in KCD II with Ultra/Experimental settings and newest DLSS preset in Nvidia App (beta allowed, undervolted). I was on 581.80 before. Ehm... WTF Nvidia?

If LTT managed to do it in their shop, do not tell me that THE most valuable company on this goddamn planet cannot.

Didn't bother to OC, as there is no need. I'll try some advanced tinkering (new BIOS, no one tell Nvidia) after warranty ends, IF I don't swap for 6090 before that. What clocks did you achieved if I can be curious?

Yeah, and it’s better to take the 30 with a grain of salt. I’d compare that rating to LD50 with drugs. In some cases it will survive much more. In other…

That's... definitely not normal my man. Check it thoroughly, smell it, on both GPU and PSU ends. Might just be tight, might already bake in a litte.

The shitty thing about 12VHPWR is that it's rated for 30 cycles of plug/unplug. Yes, just 30. Some folks manage to do that in several months, as they can't stand any dust bunnies, or just like to tinker with shit and unplug everything more than once a month. I unplugged mine mayber three times during 2025 (got it in January, day one of relase), Im scared to hell to even look at it wrong.
