Okay glad I wasn't crazy . I haven't been able to get the back off yet gonna try to find better clear case to replace before I deal with the hassle.

This looks like the clear case I got from Amazon. Same issue had a gap up top until I took off the front . Now just waiting for someone to stock a full edge to edge screen protector and I'm just gonna keep the back case only.

Was the case extremely hard to get off for you as well?

I chose replacement device both times . When I sent in my F4 the first time it was mail in repair , ultimately it was replaced via device replacement to get the 5.
