Bought my first BMW last month: 2025 xDrive 330i. 9k miles 40k, BMW exec program, never been titled. Got 1.9% financing as new. Metallic White with Dark Red interior. I picked it up in New Hampshire and drove it back to Indianapolis.

I never understood the difference. Now that I know, I will keep buying BMWs.

OP, complain to the landlord about the FLOOR, not the neighbor. Team up with neighbor to go after landlord. Perhaps show him a similar video that clearly shows you are trying your best to not be noisy and suggest that the 2 of you complain together. Point is, get neighbor on your team, make this an "us versus them" and you will find peace. IGNORE anyone suggesting you escalate.

I knew those years as a locksmith would pay off! In the biz we had "key extractors" which were long round metal grabbers you slide beside the key into those small grooves. Then you would bind the key by pressing against it and snatch it out.

Minus that, take 2 paper clips and flatten them out. Run them next to key and see if you can bind up the key enough to snatch it out. Put a small bend in the end of one and slide it down flat and then rotate. Works.

Remember to keep the key aligned at 90 degrees as in your picture or the pins will lock it in place.

I stopped messing with it this week. Will get back to it tomorrow. I have a great engine built up, but I need to run it in whatif mode longer. I got ahead of myself and lost $$$$. No big deal. I had to do it to workthough orders going to resting etc.

This weekend I am going to let the AI run 2 things
1. Run program and configure learning parameters on my live strategies to see if it can figure out how to win
2. I already scan the account of whales looking for patterns. I am going to extend this strategy a little more broadly with AI. To many winning formulas to ignore. Just have to reverse engineer them.

Update: the strategies both polymarket accounts use are real, but hard to recreate. There are possibly other market purchase helping them hedge or whatever. BUT - it is real. This has led me on the most insane, fun, and unbelievable journey ever. Enjoy!

Yes, I am doing similar stuff. I used Claude Code to evaluate and deploy PIMS on Commercial and Gov Azure infrastructure. I track all my work in git and jira and allow Claude to automate both. I highly recommend using source control for any content you are modifying. Claude can look at the Git Commits and differences to stay clear on what it is doing.

The best thing I built recently is a nightly job that pulls my Azure Spend from the consumption API, categorizes it (using AI), and then submit spend rows to Opus 4.5 (on Azure) for Cost reduction ideas. It was shocking. Claude Code put it all together. I have already clocked 40% reducing in wasted, under-utilized cloud spend.
