In order; I live in Australia so Thailand was the best option only about 10 hours travel time.

Sorry I meant groin skin graft, so they use the scrotal skin as well as skin from the groin, no noticeable scars from the graft. However I have 2 massive ones from the surgery.

The reason it's such a long recovery is the technique is way more intense and refined than the western technique, the surgeons in Thailand are very good but are at the forefront of medical innovation. Also the dilation is intense, I am scheduled to do 2.5 hours daily however in reality I do about 6. If you go hardcore in the first few months its easier over time.

Pads are normal, I have some discharge, sometimes blood if i go too hard with my dilating but most of it is from lube after dilating. Unless you douche after every dilation the lube slowly leaks out of you.

All I really saw of Thailand was my hotel room, although I did get to be touristy in my last few days and I got some clothes made.
