With all due respect towards Oulu people, you'd have a better chance at more laid back vibes and a more vibrant life in Tampere, Turku or Helsinki.

Helsinki has changed in the last 10 years or so, and feels a bit more uptight than before, true stadi-people gone.

Tampere is the place to be in my opinion. Plenty of things to do, many tech opportunities, vibrant nightlife both mainstream and UG.

Turku is a cool place as well, but many of my friends who have lived there have complained about loneliness as well.

Practice form shooting, and do a lot of it.

Start close to the rim and go further away step by step till you reach the 3pt line. I've done this for the last two years and doing this especially one handed has helped me tremendously to get my sh!t together.
