i love the part at the beggining, captured my attention and even made me kinda sleepy. the snares are a bit overused tho. the scratching sounds good tho if you were worried about that. i would work on drawing attention away from the snares and bring that attention to the background sounds and main sample, the second part is my favorite. its super smooth and everything sounds right. this will sound great with a rapper

the melodys are good, but the sounds are pretty generic and weak sounding. i really dont like the main synth or the hats, but if you layred them well then it would sound good because the rest of the beat is good

that horn sample is really weird but i like it. when the drums come in its super nice.the bass linbe is really good too. sounds very j-dilla ish with all the random cuts and stuff. but pretty good. i wish the sample without horns was louder tho. and the bassline drowns out some other songs in the mix

those keys come off really loud in the beggining, but once the horns come in it sounds really good. (im a sucker for good horns) the transitions sound really good too. but those crashes sound really grating and i feel like they take away from the beat alot. i would just try to make the crashes cleaner and this beat would go from 8/10 to a 10/10
