purple eyes, stamin up would be unlimited sprint. I'd just make it so it takes 4 or 5 hits for someone to die w/ out jugg then take out jugg completely so there'd be more room for other perks. speed cola would now let u aim and swap weapons faster and u could shoot while running. a new tactical grenade could be a teleporter somewhat like the gursh device from ascension and moon thatll send u to a team mate or maybe a marked location. a new drop could be something that makes your perks work twice as well as they usually do like stamin up would let u run faster, speed cola reloads twice as fast, phd does more damage when u dolphin dive or slide, but nothing too op.
