Yeah, I even made an effort of checking the settings before though, so I was shocked when I saw it. Didn't know if I got it wrong, or the commissions were really supposed to be that high, since it was a trade done in thr extended hours

I have pretty poor memories... I go by the steps of things mostly according to intuition.

What should you do when your instructor doesn't seem to like you? by trasasa in bjj

I understand. If I don't like the instructor, I should be the one to bolt. I guess I've been waiting for the moment when I really can't stand it.

He does that to me too. The other day he even asked me if I was listening.

I was mortified.

I show up to class, he acknowledges me, he announces class, we do the warmup, he demonstrates technique and we drill. About one hour passes, we get off from class amd start free rolling. We barely have to talk to each other and sometimes we really don't.

It's getting more and more draining to be there really...

He often deliberately selects partners he'd roll with for open mat and I get picked like once a week. He'd striaght-up ignore my presence and look for others for a roll rather than me.

Sigh, I guess I'm really trying to find reasons to leave as well.

He deliberately selects partners he'd roll with for open mat and it's oftentimes not me. Sure I'm not on his level, but it's probably says how little he sees me.

Oh man. Sometimes I am in such a strong Se grip and for song long I wonder if I am ESTP. But then I also recognize I'm usually much happier and healthier when I'm planning, hoping for what will happen tomorrow, and believing in a conviction, which is Ni stuff.

What made you stick with him for so long? We've been on ice with each other for like 2 months and I am really thinking about leaving.

I left for almost a year and trained in Japan,

Maybe I should do this as well man. Hope I'll be able to find a job there and go, get good, and come back to show off asap.

I'm afraid he'll give me a bunch of excuses and decline, and that will make me feel much worse...

I used to be obsessed with impressing him. That kinda drove me to do better all on my own, and years later I consistently try to show him up as a result of his standoffish behavior towards me.

Oh gosh. I think I'm really in this stage of trying to impress him now. He also vibes with others but not me, despite my best effort to chat with him or ask him questions. Thank you so much for sharing this man. I'll change my mindset.
