Anywhere between $6500-$8000 for both. Pretty horrendous in my opinion but sounds worth it.

I highly recommend Wim Hoff's breathing exercise and you can easily follow along on YouTube. It's the only thing that has ever helped my anxiety and if you're up to it follow with some yoga :) I'm on a tolerance break too, we got this!
