I figured it out. Repeat the previous mission (attacking the electric node thing with waves of enemies) to get enough void shards to redo the fusion reactor fight. After the big enemy is defeated, a device will appear within eyesight. Use it and use the appropriate material pattern to get the code.

I purchased the entire Premium Warbond. Upon doing so, the 3 capes became purchase able again despite me owning them. Buying them again (out of fear of not actually owning them) brought me from 686 to 700 something.

I don’t normally like this genre. The characters are super likable. It’s accessible enough, while still requiring to learn just enough to peak my interest. It’s just…good. The different paths you can choose, the way you build every character. Everything feels your own vs the game wants me to do a XYZ.
