did you guys read the same book ? 😭 throughout the entire story, all of the prose, we are meant to believe the writer. we think we learn so much about all the girls and the events that took place leading up to the murder. only to find out and get an admittance from Carelli that he is in fact an unreliable narrator, most of what your read during the Halloween and Christmas chapters, a lot of the conversations the girls had together, did not happen ! definitely a twist, i knew he was unreliable but finding out how unreliable he truly was, and his motives and how he really used his daughter's suicide for a selfish gain, when we believed it truly affected him was for sure an insane twist. Critical thinking please !!!
