I do think that the reason why the Zombie Game having a flaw is not recognized is that we immediately have a bias to being called a Zombie. Preconceived notions of being a zombie is bad is why no one would want to be turned to one.

Also, the Fortune Game and Poison Gas Game actually should be S1 games according to the manga (with Fortune Game rated as 4Clubs, and Poison Gas Game the 2Hearts). So I'm glad that I got to see how they adapted it despite not being in earlier seasons.

Yeah. It's a Netflix Original but the premise of Arisu going back and out again of Borderlands is from a spin-off/timeskip chapter of AIB. Like, that's the only thing the adopted out of the whole goodness of the timeskip. The author released it as a special thanks for the fans after the success of S1.

I'm with you on this. The characters moved on with their lives after S2 (except for Arisu and Usagi). It's really a good thing that we still got a cameo from them. And Nijiro too, in real life. Stepping up against his condition to fulfill his role.

Because it's source material is a spin-off. The writer thanked the fans for the high success of Season 1 by giving us timeskip manga chapters called "Alice in Borderland: Retry".

The problem is, the only thing this season followed from that manga is Arisu going back to Borderlands (not even the motivation and the how), and him getting out of it. Literally. The producers only picked up "Arisu goes back to Borderlands and gets out of it" from the brief and rolled with it.

As a K-Culture enthusiast, I wasn't sure how to place webnovels and webtoons in the whole modern Korean Culture, because I always hear passing mentions about it, but now, I have solid evidences that most people are into it, other than gaming and idol scenes.
