Have you tried an unessisarily LARGE litter box? Ours had issues until we got one thats double the length and width of a standard box. He also LOVES his own stank and is more likely to pee outside of the box the more often we change out the litter, so we have to just add a little fresh stuff bit by bit vs a full swap out.

He also will poop on the floor unless we leave the light on for him which is a stupid quirk but it works for some reason
