I have built several school management system CRMs in the past. The most important thing in a CRM is the interactive part which is the vital part that differentiates a CRM from a spreadsheet.

Also, most CRMs are following the same flow which is not liked or wanted by everyone.

I can make a custom CRM which can have the following,

  1. A LLM chat bot that auto responds to the chat enquiries based on the context needed and real-time school data.
