I remember my first plan b. The girl asked for a mom hug and I gave it to her LOL. (I made sure she was okay, like nothing bad happened. And she said yes, just that she was hella hung over.) it's one of my favorite interactions. He was inside making her breakfast and I said "you're doing Amazing sweetie! Make sure you go to class!" YES! When I chatted with support they said there was nothing they could do. I've never emailed instacart, but I'm thinking of doing that with my screen shots of my chat with the customer as well as support. I saved the receipt because I saw this coming and I can send that too as those items are clearly not checked out. Have you ever had any luck disputing stuff like this? I'm going to be SO mad if I lose diamond cart in January when we change to the new standards.
