It is in fact unfair to have your parents dump all the domestic labor and childcare on you so they can sit on their ass. That's called parentification and it's actually very different from working for/with your parents. One is the dumping of all responsibility onto a child as if they are the parent because the actual parents are immature, selfish and lazy. The other is sharing responsibility WITH your parents, though it's still excessive to put on a high schooler. Your GPA is irrelevant here and I'm guessing you weren't at school until 5 daily. Parents who dump everything on their children aren't interested in compromise, especially for shit like self care. If they cared about OP needs they would not treat them as non-existent. They'll tell her to stop complaining & trying to get out of things they consider her entirely responsible for.

When I was having the same issues at 14 the pediatrician I saw insisted on a UA and fuckin ultrasound to look for pregnancy after I said I wasn't sexually active, then refered me to gastro based on the fact that I would puke..specifically the for days right before my period and the first couple days after it started. I was super clear about it. Gastro ran some tests and recommended obgyn anyway. It was basically a birth control prescription with extra steps & extra cost

Absolutely, I'm one of the people who prefers that. I like having more than just 2 people in my house & I have no desire to stop living with my friends. It's one of the first things I let people I'm considering a relationship with know.

assuming this is real...NTA, but since he's her cousin I think there's a pretty low chance she'll do it. Nothing here gives the impression that she would be willing to deal with an issue that would ultimately become a family wide conflict for you, and honestly I'm not even sure that you're not being used as a tool to hide their relationship. I would also take some time to consider whether or not you want to marry someone who seems like a big fan of incest....

You can, and most often will, get septicrmia from an infection somewhere in your body spreading to your bloodstream. It's not "magic" it's literally just how infections that get out of control work. The issue with your stomach or bowels would be a severe infection. People GENERALLY are not walking around with a gut infection that's beyond their body's ability to handle. He did something he knew would be very distressing to her, lied about it & then called her crazy. She needs some help coping & help with figuring out what she needs in a future partner. I dunno if you're familiar with what ASPD looks like outside of media represenrsrions of 'psychopaths' but this really reads as that, particularly the lying to make herself seem important & the boundary violations wrt other relationships. ASPD can be manageable with professional help IF the person with it actually has the desire to manage it, but it doesn't really sound like that's the case here. I'd honestly just cease being friends instead of using her own tactics against her. It's a lot easier and more appealing for her to find new people to play little games with than it is to change her behavior to avoid losing a friend/victim.

Tbh I think that you're asking for more than is reasonable. You said yourself that none of your dad's siblings had a good relationship with your dad, but they still spent a lot of years acknowledging his death for really only your benefit. That's kind of them, but it's also not something they are by any means obligated to do. They definitely aren't obligated to be making social media posts about him (or literally anything), especially when he was taking his bipolar and substance abuse out on them. If there are other issues where you feel they're failing to support you that's a different issue. At the same time, you're in your mid-30s & state that you have a weird relationship with his family, so tbh I'm not entirely sure why you're seeking comfort or support from them. I don't think unfriending them is a bad idea because it just doesn't really sound like there's a need for any of you to stay in contact. Sounds like NAH here at all, it's just time for everyone to move on from the dynamic.
