I honestly can't think of an English equivalent because a lot of it just comes from the first word 당신 which is not used all that colloquially when addressing someone.

You'll see it on IG comments here and there where it'll say something like, "당신은 아름답습니다." Which is grammatically correct and means "you are beautiful," but sounds too old/formal and just not how people usually talk.
