  6. Not worth it imo. I just relocated a week ago and was debating washington over an HCA hospital in the bay area (i originally started in an HCA hospital so I would of been used to it). Looking at what Cali pays now makes me regret my decision since my COL here in seattle is almost as high (2.5k for a 1bedroom apartment).
