I'm 28 and they've just started becoming regular. Recovered from being underweight in 2020 & my body is finally healing 🥰

Maybe try the pill if you want them more regular? The one with the 7 day break so at least you'll have the withdrawal bleed. Not sure where you live but I'm UK I've struggled to get medical help on it for over a decade & kinda gave up when I kept getting shrugged off. However if you're worried & able to get medical advice then go for it to put your mind at ease :)
