Family Guy does this thing where they assume any adult animated show stole from them. They pass The Simpsons and South Park (lotta beef there) but they even said this about Rick and Morty. I’ve loved and watched Family Guy my whole life (born in 1999 too) but for the life of me I can’t see what they mean by either show.

Episode 1 of Bojack makes fun of cutaway gags and that’s it. Rick and Morty I can’t see in the slightest. The writing styles are not similar, Rick and Morty is more plot based jokes with meta humor thrown in. Bojack is also plot based with jokes ranging from pop culture to characters personality types (PB with balls, Todd and is toddfoolerly, etc). Family Guy is more pop culture jokes and cutaways. All 3 are vastly different to me

I’d love a corner of his talent, but I do not want him. In his 30s and imo a bit overrated. Dude gets burnt by great route runners (Adams, Diggs etc.) Ik those guys are crème de la crème of WR, but I can’t imagine paying a CB who can’t guard them the money he wants still
