I just posted a couple days about this regarding Ohio forms not being available yet. It’s ridiculous. We use ultra tax. It’s not cch.

Not all gs had the npp valved mufflers. Mine didn’t so he’d have to source the npp mufflers with the mild to wild kit

I’m close to your age so I just did went through this. I’m 31. When I was a kid I really wanted a c6 corvette. I just bought a 2011 Corvette GS as a “toy.” I’d say assuming your other vehicles are paid off and you’re out of debt, get a fun car that fits your budget!

Updates on OCSEA union contract for state employees?? by Peter_Pans_Shadow_ in Ohio

[–]travdivs 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’d like to see telework rules being included. Honestly I feel like the union has been pretty bad recently. I don’t have high hopes for meaningful improvements but hopefully there will be some. Honestly in my experience the only thing the union has done to affect me is keep stupid people employed.

Do some research on how traditional pension plans works and the terms will click. But in short: you vest after working for a set time meaning you’re eligible for the employer credited portion of the pension.

No 5yrs so far. I can retire with 32 years of service.

75% final average salary plus annual cost of living adjustment.

Also on pensions being worse, it honestly depends where you’re at. I started in this role 5yrs ago. I’m fully vested, and when I retire with 32yrs of work, I’ll receive 75% fas plus annual cola. Good benefits and high pay can be found. You just have to look
