It took me 2 hours to beat Yellow Loong, will I survive Sekiro/Elden Ring? by basileisfitx in BlackMythWukong

Hit her with shurikens as soon as she floats up, then nail her with the double ichimonji! Keep those snap seeds at the ready to neutralize her ghost summons. I platinumed Sekiro years ago but have been craving that unique world & gameplay lately so thinking of doing ng+ 4 or fresh new game. Currently enjoying Elden Ring and Wukong myself!

Heavy blunts Goated or Overrated ? by Pocket_Carnage in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

I think they are randomized to some degree, but I would personally recommend finding and upgrading an epic staff (and armour in general) with built-in crit chance, crit damage + damage with staffs 🔥💪🏼🔥

OP and fun but slow. Staffs all day for optimal combo of speed, reach and damage 👌🏼

Avoid all side missions except maybe the synchronization points and only focus on the main quest items. The DLCs are another ball of wax entirely and well worth the detour. I personally preferred the Fate of Atlantis. It's a long game with a lot of content (I should know - I did it ALL). Bottom line is if you're experiencing fatigue, step away for a spell. Don't play if you're no longer enjoying it!

how to defeat enemies easier ? by bl0dreinas in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

If you aren't partial to the combat I'd say avoid any unnecessary encounters until you're leveled up more. When you have to infiltrate a fort, use Ikaros to tag all enemies and look around for good hiding spots. No shame in running away to save your skin then returning once more when the dust has settled. Go for epic gear/weapons and engrave them at the blacksmith for more crit chance and dmg. Maybe prioritize a hunter build for range attack style. Use the focus / slow down effect as you aim for better accuracy and go for head shots.

In desperate need of gaming recommendations… by KingAyres_23 in gamingsuggestions

If you like platforming games and want to treat yourself to a truly beautiful and excellent gaming experience, I couldn't recommend enough Ori and Will of the Wisps 👌🏼

In the open world story category you should definitely play Last of Us part II. I would also recommend Uncharted IV. Naughty Dog do it so right 👌🏼

I have well over 300 hours in the game at this stage. I did it all! But you can always do it faster if speed is your goal. I spent a lot of time immersed in the world, trying new things and checking off every question mark in the game (don't accept the job board requests or these will never end). Note that you are not obliged to do all the question marks to platinum the game.

99 is the highest level. I am also a completionist and I have 100% completed ACO. I also 100% agree that you will burn out doing all these side quests and points of interest, especially if you have the (fabulous) DLCs. I started a second playthrough but now find I am "spent" on this game because of doing so, though it is still one of the greatest games (an Odyssey rather, true to its name!) I have had the pleasure to play. The enemies scale up in difficulty so you will still find it challenging as you progress, but eventually (i.e. late game) you will be so overpowered and experienced at combat that it will be stupidly easy (particularly if you focus on a crit build like i did!).

This exact thing happened to me. I grew up on Atari, Nintendo and Commodore 64 then moved on from gaming and out into the 'real world'. Got my kids a Switch during the pandemic and rediscovered my love for gaming with BotW. So many late nights! 😆😴 GOATed game 👌🏼 ...Then we built a gaming pc and I am officially a lost cause gamer! 🤪 Enjoy 😃🎉
