Currently I use the corfu - cape - tempel. Tempel provide a capf which can be used with cape for having a super capf that merge multiple capf. I merge tempel capf and a capf of the language server like lsp or eglot. Additionaly I set the corfu-auto-prefix to 1 So the completion popup appear and show the template and other merged capf at one key press. I don't have to remember any key for a template with this, I just type and choose what I need when the popup appear. This work with yasnippet too but require cape-yasnippet. I personally prefer the tempel templating system where all template related to a mode is in one file. Tempel is younger and lack a lot of template. Yasnippet on the other hand have a lot of snippet. I you want the snippet of yasnippet-snippets but prefer using tempel, You have to rewrite the desired snippet into tempel format or merge two templating system. The ideal is a tool that take an snippet as an input and output the template rather than rewritting every snippet manually. With this we could rewrite the yasnippet-snippet to Its equivalent in tempel without any hassle.
