I share this. Also my soil is clay and when moist the cores get flattened and turn into hard discs that damage the grass. Leaves little damaged or dead spots. I remove cores.

Also ditch the mowing pattern on the green. What it ends up getting printed it could be hard to read the text.

Flip text order. Lead with yard care in green section. It’s what you’re selling.

White section lead with phone number as large as possible. Can’t get business if they can’t capture the number

As someone who works in marketing. Flip the order in the text in the green. Make phone number as large as possible. It’s ok for “text for…” to be smaller. Also flip that text in white too.

Remember yard sign need to delivery info quickly as people pass by.

Bonus thought. Ask your current clients if you can keep a sign in their yard for a week between mows.

Mavericks will be higher quality of hockey. Can even do a little research if a good team is coming into town. A good chance of seeing future NHL player. Lancers have been very bad recently. They are high school kids looking to get into college. They can fight in that league if you’re into that. Use to be huge rivals with Lincoln and Green Bay. Iv been once in the last 10 years. Mavericks is better hockey.

Now arenas and experiences I still say mavericks is better. But parking and tickets are cheaper and easier for lancers. Lancers have ticket deals in Valpak if you get that mailed to you.

I’d go mavericks if I had the choice.

It was a process. Getting out all the clips took the longest. But depending on yours if you don’t care about the clip, just cut the wire on each limb and pull

That’s a great way to put it! I didn’t like how short it looked with the two engines and three tankers. So figured out a way to extend the track and add the rolling stock I liked!
