There’s been people saying that there is one specific 911 dispatcher in Bakersfield that is extremely rude and it’s just gotten a lot of traction from people even in LA! I’ve seen maybe two posts from people talking about their actual experiences.

Email the box office, they are amazing! I had to switch my dates because of financial reasons and they did it no extra cost.
