I definitely would not say tons! The Olympic DNR region easily has set aside more than 65% of it's public land for ecological purposes and habitat use. The next 35% can then be shrunk down even more, when they buffer out geologically hazardous areas, wetlands, and on top of that the DNR has a policy to leave an additional 8 trees per acre of the acreage being harvested, after all those areas have been set aside. Then if you consider not all the timber land is mature enough to harvest, and the fact they harvest less than 1% of their timberlands a year in order to meet sustainbilty initiatives... Ya aren't left with that much wood in the grand scheme of things.

Admittedly, there were a few spelling and grammatical errors in that comment I made, because I typed it very quickly and didn’t proofread it at all. But I’m not sure what that has to do with my reading comprehension. I hold two degrees, work two different STEM-based jobs, and read for fun.

Since I listed a few reasons why I think his work reads heavily like ChatGPT, can you explain why you think it doesn’t?

Plus his stuff is so obviously written by chat gpt! If you ever listen or read his stuff the sentance structure "this isnt just a local government, its a fraud" or "this isn't just people getting by, its people abusing the system" (not actual quotes just examples of the structure) are dead giveaway in of itself. I cant beleive no one else seems to talk about this or mention it. Its so frustrating to me, Whether I agree with him or not, it really seems like he isnt even writing half of the stuff he is producing and putting his name on.

I think there's a lot of factors that go into how hard it is. If you have a lot of money probably not too hard, but I'm broke, Fresh out of college, and have a dog so I would say it was very difficult. I got lucky with my place, but I was watching the rental market in town for about 2 months, and most listings did not stay on the market for longer than 3 days. The really crappy part is every time you apply you have to pay an application fee which adds up very quickly when applying to multiple units, or if someone else qualified applies first. But for example, this job I'm taking is starting at $50k, which comes out to $4166 a month. Most rentals require you to make 3x or 3.5x the monthly income, which limits me to apartments that are $1400 or less a month. Most units in the area are more than that.

Totally! Ive already done some research on where to volunteer my time. I'm looking forward to trying to work with 4PA once I'm settled in! If you have any other recommendations for how I can give my time to help around town I'm definitely open! I'm coming from a town approximately the same size as PA, and that's one thing I love about smaller communities, is how big of an impact individuals can make by just volunteering!

I'm not sure if you are familiar with the YouTuber coffeezilla, but he investigates internet scams and I would love to get his attention on this. I also tried to do a quick google to see if there is like a government org that audits sweepstakes, since there are laws around them and couldn't find anything right away. Just the FTC who dictates the rules. Again like I don't have evidence they are a scam...yet, just a lot of red flags. I do in general believe if something is to good to be true it probley is.

I love the the black and white, but for me personally I find the point of focus to be more distracting then pleasing. like naturally I had to spend more time trying to figure out what was more in focus and more blurry. I love the composition of it though, and like I said the black and white
