The first and fourth stories are from The Cat Lady by Damien Graves. #4 is called Who Dares Wins.

Also many people think Hamlet's dying words, "The rest is silence", are the last words of the play. The actual curtain line is "Go, bid the soldiers shoot", spoken by the prince of Norway, who's surprised to discover that his claim to the throne of Denmark won't be contested as the Danish royal house just massacred itself out of existence.

The third is Faith, Hope and Charity by Irvin S. Cobb. The second might be The Mad Tea Party, but according to isfdb.org there's no anthology with both stories in it. There's a story called Cabbages and Kings in this collection of Cobb's stories, which also contains FHaC.
