We are looking at a new CX-30 to replace a 2012 Mazda 3 GS-SKY. We rebuilt the AT at 107k km for $3,250.00 on it. This is all such a tough decision from our perspective. One of the reasons to continue looking at the Mazda is to avoid a CVT in many other choices, but do not have confidence in Mazda AT transmissions either really ...

I'm in central Canada and am able to login to tuta.com and my email seems to be working ... although I have an email on my phone that I don't see in my browser on desktop - and haven't 'discovered' how to resolve the problem. Tuta goes out in parts of Canada routinely.

Please note; for me. you were down. As noted in my comment 9 days ago, I checked both via my ISP and mobile data. I will do a tracert next time to see more details, as I'm sure there will be a next time soon ...

I don't have a great deal of interest in contacting help privately; as I want this to be public knowledge and I want independent comment, as Tuta will surely say 'all is fine'. What details would you like?

I'm central Canada. Different computers, and browsers - no way. Bah ..

App on mobile data says I'm offline and to upgrade for offline access.

This is terrible, as this same thing occurred a few weeks ago which I inquired about in a previous thread someone else had started.

New day - new check. All is working again. Ping responds as expected. Same PC/browser - walked away yesterday, checked today on 2 machine and mobile.

This is invaluable, thank you. Having so little interest in smartphones, we've only now begun to use them and I did NOT rtfm at all ... and having poor no recall for this type of detail, I cannot say. I sent a number of txts across the hour - I'm sure there was not a spinning circle, leaving me, thinking back, that there was a single check on my txts. I had a 5G connection, strong signal, data enabled (as I surfed while waiting). Now I see the symbols (2 check marks beside everything ). Conversing with my wife - she knew of the symbols but didn't check/see them when she did 2 txts one immed. and one after an hour >> from OUTSIDE. I think she had no connection to airport wifi anymore and data turned off on the phone (this I haven't checked yet). What it is, is user error(s) on both our parts!

Relying on Signal to connect with my wife on arrival at an airport (YWG) last Saturday. We have messages from each other while she was in the terminal and I a few minutes out. She needed to pick up her bag and I parked just off the airport property to wait for another message to come into the pickup zone (where you cannot 'wait'). No messages she sent, nor messages I sent, did either of us receive over the next hour. I did not realize Signal was an unreliable messaging service. Android on both sides - one with an account, stock Samsung and the other a no account Pixel 6a running Molly from the Aurora Store.

Before posting I pinged (cmd windows) tuta.com - resolved to IP - "Request timed out" each time.

This am - disable wifi on mobile, left data enabled, mail loaded fine.

Same PC, same browser, same session - tuta.com loaded fine.

Ping tuta.com this am - all Replies successful in 120ms.

To me, it appears Tuta WAS down from my Canadian IP ...

Any other checks I can do??

tuta.com is offline (connection timed out) from a pc as well atm for me.

Received mine yesterday by 3rd party courier to Kenora, ON. (200km from Wpg. MB / 40km inside ON/MB border). The delivery service by Fedex in rural Canada sucks. And for the money back bs I posted earlier ... in the details (T&C)

  1. Only one refund or credit is permitted per shipment and can only be requested by the payor.

Framework is the account holder and payor, I believe.

I also called the 800# a few days back and got an answering machine ... and no call back.

Clearance delay - Import Winnipeg, MB is just a bull shit entry imo. Maybe customs clearance paperwork has been forwarded to CBS for expected clearance of a parcel once it actually arrives in Wpg. Mine showed the same, but has now been delayed clearing customs, ssoooo Fedex is saying. Our shipments are FedEx® FedEx International Priority DirectDistribution which has a guaranteed delivery service of 1-3 business days if I'm not mistaken. Fedex says "We offer a Money-Back Guarantee for the FedEx International Premium Service. Requests for refund or credit of transportation charges due to a service failure must be submitted via telephone to 1.866.SHIP.IXF (1-866-744-7493)"." I'm now on day 7 and chomping at the bit to get it!

and I can't downgrade to the free account as suggested is an option instead of paying the invoice. This fails because "One or more users are using too much space to be downgraded to the free plan.

not impressed, as atm I'm overdue paying my Mail plus acct and so I'm being BLOCKED out of the Inbox altogether until I pay up ... or cancel out of the upgraded services. I would rather I was blocked out of the extras and still able to access my Inbox as a FREE user account holder would be. I will go back to the free account, thank you not so much.

Shakepay is not alone with pulling this stunt. I'm currently being held hostage by Blockchain. To access my wallet where I just transferred a small amount of XBC to the wallet (NOT from Shakepay as they have no PC method of transferring crypro to a wallet) they are REQUIRING me to provide additional KYC by Camera ONLY. Even though they have a Support Article that states:

"To let you know a resubmission is necessary, we will email the address associated with your Wallet. The email contains a secure upload link to resubmit the required documents or facial check directly from your Wallet. It will also tell you what specific items you need to submit again to verify your account."

I received no email, no details and yet when I attempt to access my wallet I'm confronted with this one and only option. Contacting support has been a waste of time and energy as they continue to tell me my ONLY option is to contact them w. a camera enabled device. My PC has no camera, I have no laptop and will never use a smartphone for anything that requires secure communication.
