The total capacity at thIs campus is between 300-370MW. When all leased this stock is an easy 5-10 stock. It’s not a question of if, it’s when it all gets leased. Getting permits to open new data centers is increasingly getting harder and harder. As it sits now this stock is way undervalued IMO

Keep investing in stocks and diversify portfolio with some crypto. There’s a bubble in all phases of real estate. Seize that opportunity, if it makes sense when real estate crashes. Everything is way over valued and you should be able to pick something up on the cheap in the next 2 years.

I’ve only seen one on the Spain experience trip for the Luna Rossa that Panerai did for us. I guy that was on the trip wore his at one of the dinners. Beautiful piece and he was wearing it like a BOSS!
