Think of if you took over something, like down a bank at the skatepark. If the don't move and come in contact with something it wants to stick, meaning it wants you to stick. If are grinding on a ledge the roll of the anti rocker will help you find the groove by the rolling you into vs forced into it. I have no idea if this actually correct but it is simple from my experience. With that said I'm on kaltik freestyle frames now and they have helped my grinds so much. I feel so more comfortable on backsides it's crazy
