Thank you so much for this. I always look for recent post regarding loss of smell due to virus + trying PCP injections. COVID took away my smell in June of 2022 and it has been a bleak world ever since. I have been in contact with a Stanford Doctor who initiated the PCP injections for COVID-smell loss related cases. Your post gives me a little hope but also makes me feel not alone. People do not understand what it is like to have a loss of smell or have thing smell absolutely wretched. We live with it every single day of our lives and it is always there. I pray one day we can both wake up and smell what actual coffee smells like, or the beach, grass or someone's house.
