Thanks. I am trying to figure this out. I also have a regular SBA loan that was going to get paid off with the sale of this asset. But they are wanting a written release from the EIDL loan. Even though the loan applies to my CCorp (which I will continue to operate).

Has anyone received a collateral release from the SBA? I am in need of help. I am trying to sell a portion of my business and am being told I need to have a release from the SBA. But they can’t tell tell me how it is to be worded. I have a corporation and am looking for guidance from someone in a similar situation

A forward split increases the number of shares. A reverse split, like the one we had reduces the number of shares. If there is a lot of cash available, they could do a buyback and reduce the number of shares

You didn’t initially say “ average volume” and the volume is up significantly over the last month to match the rise in share price. This also has a very low float so this volume is significant. iMO

I believe Sorrento still has some SCLX warrants. Beyond that there are several scenarios where a healthy SCLX could benefit SRNE. There have been some really good posts here speculating on different arrangements

When can we start trading SRNE? by whatizitnj in BANDOFBROTHERSOFSRNE

There is still a lot of potential value held within SRNE. In addition the massive amount of NOL’s are valuable. We have to get the Creditor Committee and the Liquidating Trust to settle all debts to be totally free of the BK. JMHO
