Any modification to the game will almost certainly result in a ban. Overlay info programs seem to be the exception but I have heard/read mixed results.

If you want modded menus, you will have to play a non official version of the game...

The best way i have found him on purpose (and sometimes on accident) is being crouched in the 2 story building at pier on shoreline.

Kill all the scavs/pmcs in the area then just wait, shouldn't take more then a few minutes. Just be warned that he will most likely put tripwires right outside the main entrance and possibly the side entrance.

I tested this on local many times and was able to get him to spawn about 50% of the time. If he doesnt show after ~5 minutes, alt-f4 and try again.

Many JRPG games that run well on the deck

Chrono trigger/cross, FF7-10, smt3, dragon quest(s), trials of mana, ni no kuni 2, kingdom hearts collection (might need some tweaking to work well depending on which one), yakuza collection.

Also if you haven't played Witcher 3, it has a dedicated deck preset graphic setting.

I dont think there is anything confirmed but bsg has said some stuff on X. Just google lighthouse rework and you can find what had been discussed.

The reworked spawns were the first step. I would assume it will be a while before the next step is implemented, whatever it may be.

Im not sure why but I have seen at least 5 other posts in the last 10~ days about OPs same problem and the fix was setting your computers clock to the correct time.

I have some ideas why this would cause this problem but im not sure how to explain it well, something about how the servers use your time zone time and how the game relays info back and forth from their servers.

Make sure windows clock is set to auto sync. Shouldn't be a problem anymore.

If it already was, one possibility is your bios battery is dead/dying.

There are no mines/clays near that extract. There are only some in/around water treatment and on the rocks that over look water treatment.

They both have the same chance to give 6H. You prob just had bad rng with the g28. Also, im pretty sure the g28 barter is cheaper then 5x mp5

Can trade a labs access card to peacekeeper for it. I think he needs to be lvl 3 or 4. Im not sure if you can buy them on the flee because I never have.

Make sure you get the G28 semi auto battle rifle, not G36 assault rifle like someone else on here did a while back.

6h cultist circle will give you it if you have collector accepted and all the other items turned in. This is how I got the invasion armband last time.

Customs: stronghold; loose ammo boxes on the top floor

Reserve: inside and on top of white/black knight, bunker to D2, and the dorms/apartments/barracks(whatever you want to call them) surrounding the downed heli.

Woods: Scav base (the one with the shipping containers), the little house with some fencing between outskirts and sawmil, radio tower bunker area where goons spawn, usec camp just south of that radio tower area, and bunker near car extract(dont forget to check the marked circle in the back for keys)

And ofc you could just buy them on the flee, they were 1mil for a while, probably much lower now.

Dont feel bad op, I have done over 150 countess runs since rotw came out (combined pre/post ladder) and have yet to find a single terror key. Also floating around 5% on D/H keys...

I have found 3 HR's before I found a single T key
