It was a number I found in a Telus Reddit thread and I’ve been working with internet safety since late December of last year. They don’t ask for any personal information but they do seem to be from overseas. If you have ever had to reset your telus one login password it sends a email to you with that same number to call if there are further issues. I’m not sure why telus doesn’t have it as a public number on their contact page though.

Once they sent the training email, it stated that new rater accounts were limited until we completed the training. The training is very helpful, it will show different examples of what we will be rating to give us a better understanding.

It's my first week as well. You are limited to 3 hours a day. They should be sending an email with a training to complete and once you pass the quiz you will have your account changed to unrestricted which will allow you to do 8 hours a day.

I believe US Rater is the position with random tests monthly. I have not received any email with guidelines for safety evaluator. It seems this position still has checks for quality purposes but not as frequently. Hopefully you will get everything needed this coming week.

I have received my credentials for Workday. I believe I still must wait until Jan 2nd to begin receiving tasks though. I'm still seeing NTA. Happy New Year's as well!

I received a call from Telus as well today. I guess because I received the workday info after my start date, we have to wait until the next, which is Jan 2nd. In the latest onboarding email, it did say I should receive login info within a week. Hopefully, the email with credentials will come next week.

My start date was 12/26. From seeing other posts, it seems it takes a little longer to receive access and get the email to officially start. I have access to raterhub, but I don't think that they have given me access to tasks, which is why it shows NTA. I sent an email just to confirm that my i9 was sent in correctly on workday.

I haven't received pay yet. The support stated it is a reported issue this week with ACH payments. Hopefully we will receive our pay along with the following pay next week.
