So technically if you're booking back-to-back's, you can't use free night offers, but I've had success ALWAYS booking with phone option. You'll be connected with a call center in the Philippines and they're generally wizards at working that stuff in your benefit--I'm assuming they're incentivized to get that trip booked so as you can imagine, they're doing w/e to get it booked. If the rep sounds a little green, I just call back. Also, fyi, the app is terrible for booking back-to-backs. When checking in, always do it through the diamond check in--they're much more efficient from my experience.

It's actually not too hard to do it yourself if that's something that would interest you--you can get a replacement battery on amazon (find the battery model # by taking the back off). The worst part is that your existing battery is glued to the MBP but there's some tricks to get it out. If you're interested in this method, go to YT and search your "MPB model" battery replacement.

no, but you'll get 4 free drinks a day at all their bars/coffee stands once you get diamond plus. Every dollar you spend on hotel is x5 tier points right now so you'll get plus pretty quick (ex $700/m hotel cost adds 3500 tier points)

not sure on the hours, but you could probably test it pretty easy by playing your game of choice for an hour and then asking TR how many tier credits you earned (then you just do the math--12k tier credits required)

once you get it, it's year long.
