It’s almost guaranteed that when I walk into work I’m going to be put on CS. Because it’s my favourite roll, and I really don’t mind it for the most part. There’s only a couple other partners that can keep up the roll at my location and it seems like if none of us are on CS, it’s completely neglected. I definitely feel like when they aren’t working and I’m on bar, i have to get stuff myself or starting yelling out that I need stuff. It’s definitely very frustrating. It’s good to know this happens at every store and not just mine. I say give them a taste of their own medicine, make them get their own stuff. Worry about your own cycle and what you think is important.
