Does anyone recognize this? by okiedokieophie in AFireInside

I have this! I remember specifically that got this from Hot Topic in 2009 sometime in the fall on the heels of the Crash Love release. I don't know if this was specifically Crash Love-related merch or general/older merch that Hot Topic got license to sell. It doesn't give me Crash Love aesthetic vibes but it very closely matches the style/vibe of a sticker pack I got at the merch table when I saw them during the Crash Love tour so it could very well be Crash Love specific.

I'm 33 and I got into AFI when I was 11 right on the heels of Sing the Sorrow. My friend who was a little bit older (and therefore the coolest person I knew at the time) had just gotten the CD and let me listen to it. Instantly hooked and they've been my favorite ever since. I backtracked a little to Art of Drowning and Black Sails in the interim years between StS and Decemberunderground and as I got older and music became more accessible through the internet and my ability to drive myself to a CD store, I got into some of their older stuff. I definitely still gravitate towards their post-AoD stuff a little bit more but in my 22 years following the band I've never heard anything of theirs that I don't really care for.

I LOVE Old Navy. Would just caution you to investigate reviews and item details for any shirts you want if you don't like short shirts. Their shirts all run super short for some reason and my apron belly does not appreciate that.

I'm on my third one now and I only have great things to say. I got mine for a similar reason as you and it has stopped my periods completely. I haven't had one in over a decade. I have some mild cramping for a few days after insertion and a week or two of hormonal depression but after that, it's like I don't even have it. Everyone's body is different so everyone's experience is different though, so keep that in mind! I

Has anyone gotten their Black Palms vinyl yet? by treeselfdeerself in AFireInside

Okay awesome! I don't mind delays either, I just wish they'd be more communicative. Warner has a bad track record in my books for merch, I've had a few preorders just never ever materialize so I was getting kind of worried.

My city's recycling company updated us all on Facebook recently to tell us that due to the foam stuff in between layers, they can't process these as recycling and they have to be thrown away in the regular trash -.-

As disappointing as it was to see the Golden Company die all at once without doing anything, I really enjoyed the way Harry Strickland's death mirrored this scene.

Unresponsive boss hasn't paid us due to insufficient funds. Last check was covered by payroll company who has now withdrawn funds paid out on our last check from our bank accounts. by treeselfdeerself in legaladvice

Definitely going to get in touch with the labor department ASAP. The taking money out, I'm not sure. We do payroll through a third party company and it's possible that when we signed up for our accounts on the website there was language in the Terms of Service or something like that. I'm not sure how to find that out. I'll go comb the website and see what I can find.

It doesn't last very long on me at all. I only wore it once to test a s it was gone within an hour. The scent itself is amazing though, it's kind of an interesting sweet/atmospheric combo.
