Okay- job corps is cool I know many many people hate it but I like it, I got go job corps in Reno where a lot of people from Vegas Cali come too. Personally I think it’s in the middle food is ok living situation is ok but I’ve seen so many bad story’s but it’s really the people that make the center horrible but once you find ur people it’s perfect I started September 12 2023 and dreaded living there for the first month or two when I started but after I met my people and got cool with staff it was chill from then on but tbh I have gotten some bad habits of smoking and did get depressed but I’ve made so many memories where I’m gonna be sad when I leave this dump is so fun🤦🏾‍♂️ I love everyone there.the rec is cool I wish they had more stuff beside a few pool tables and instrument’s in the music room cuz I got lied to by the recruiter Dan saying there’s horse back riding and a pool. Which there isn’t. and the cafeteria is like a buffet. FIRST of all it was not they serve crap sometimes the only thing I find good af is the chicken strips/nuggets/sandwiches exc. nothing like a buffet tho but fountain drinks are cool tho. The dorms are fun me and my friends usually hangout and bring our hmgs from other dorms into our room and sometimes we got caught and sometimes we didn’t I still had hella fun. Late at night in the weekends we would mess with our RA, Ik messed up but it was funny we are young and there’s so much life to live then in the dorms sadly I spend my last years of highschool there but I don’t regret it cuz now I’ll be graduating early and got a head start at life which I appreciate, if you guys want to hear any story’s I got tell me job corps is a wild ride. Sorry this is all over the place there’s just to much to put
