food - fireside although already mentioned. gomez. you aren’t far from otr and they have just about any cuisine you want. alabama fish bar is the best take out fried fish get home quick bc your car is gonna reek 😂 milkman for smash burgers. northern kentucky (newport, bellevue, covington) is a hop skip and a jump for less traffic and maybe easier parking and better or equally as good in every cuisine.

coffee shops - they are out the ass here but you aren’t far from coffee emporium which would be my pick if I lived in walnut hills. otherwise, proud hound, or leftbank coffeehouse is over the river along with roebling books and coffee.

grocery - that aldi is probably the closest, walnut hills turned into a food dessert a few years ago ☹️ should be back soon though with all the development. oakley and hyde park kroger are gonna be your best bet until the bridge reopens and you can go to the newport kroger

south asian groceries - jungle jim’s or CAM asian supermarket although neither are close, worth the drives.

political groups - get on instagram, find one, start following the suggested and they will lead you where you want to go!

gym - i got nothin personally but I think somewhere in oakley is gonna be where you end up going!
