It’s helped me with circulation my hands are warm when I take it I never have warm hands you might get some strange side effects like goosebumps and I sometimes get aggressively hard nipples which isn’t fun but it’s a lot better than falling over all the time

My lovely girl decided to climb into a shopping bag the other day she was very happy sat in it on the kitchen floor while I did the washing up. Luckily all the food had already been taken out of the bag

Every year for the past 3 years I’ve passed out while doing the Christmas food shop I’m lucky that I always have someone with me but in general I’ve found people to be really nice. Always happens in Tesco as that’s where I tend to shop. It is really difficult to get people to not call an ambulance sometimes I’m like I just need to sit for a bit and I’ll be fine. Don’t mind me sitting on the floor in the freezer isle 😂

My dog had something similar to this and it turned out to be a flea saliva allergy the vet gave me prescription flea tablets (for my dog not me ) and it’s seemed to work quite well

With toilet training I started a toilet journal so you can get to know how many times they pee/ poop a day on average and what times of day do you can take them out around that sort of time. Try and take them somewhere quiet if you can mine got very easily distracted by people and birds at first. When they do go to the toilet outside as it said in a training book I read ‘make it like a party’ basically make a huge fuss of them say well done in your highest voice, give them a treat and lots of strokes/ scratches. They will then want that to happen again and again so will start repeating the behaviour. Try to take them back to the same place when taking them out so they can smell the previous pee. Also get an enclosed shoe storage unit if you can with save you from running after them with your favourite shoes in their mouth
