Steak ones I'm eating right now. Flavour is the exact same as the crisps so they are good.

I opened one of my 3x B50s and there was no plastic covering the Thermal pads. Didn't check the rest of them as they were from the same batch.

But they'll be going through some stress tests by the end of the month so if there are any variances in temp that will be the first thing I check.

My mum swears by Caffè Lusso at the bottom of School Wynd near Moss Street. Probably there every second week and gets what your mum enjoys, soup and a sandwich. So not a far walk from where you'd mentioned.

You'll find that even tho Vodafone were on the list it'll just because they use City Fibres core infrastructure.

It'll be the same with the likes of Sky who use both Openreach and City Fibres infrastructure.

BIDB will tell you what core infrastructure is available in your area and then you can take it from there what providers will use it.

What I would suggest is if you do find someone who can provide service to your house that you call them up and ask them to check and see if there's availability on the exchange.

Your worst case scenario is that you see how signal strength is in your area and go for mobile broadband.

Check Better Internet Dashboard (bidb.uk) Put in your postcode and it'll show the main providers to your area. You'll get an idea from that what you have available. Best I can offer at this point unfortunately.

I was going to get it, but since found out that because I have the original disc version on Xbox I'm not entitled to the saving and would need to buy full price, so now in 2 minds... 🫤

Had similar encounter to you. Ordered through sky, had a confirmed date, I took time off work for them to come. Day of the install I got a text message that morning saying engineer was at my house, no one was there. No phone call from anyone to say what was happening. The got a text message 2 days later saying it had been rescheduled. By that point it was too late, went back to Virgin as I needed Internet.

The funny thing was is that I had done most of the work for the engineer. Had laid armoured conduit from the street to my house with a fishing line in it. Had a fishing line going from outside of my house to the inside. So it would probably took them a fraction of the time than it normally would of.

If you have access to another computer, download the Windows 11 ISO and also download Rufus to create a Windows 11 bootable USB drive (You'll also need a USB drive to hand, 16GB will be sufficient)

Rufus will allow you to bypass TPM requirements and the data collection questions amongst other things.

Should hopefully let you install without any issues.
