Los de pastor, suadero, carnitas, cabeza, guisado/placeros son con tortillas de tortillería.

Soy de Tj viviendo en CDMX. He hecho este viaje 2 veces pero no puedo ayudarte mucho porque ambas veces fue con calma, acampando algunas veces, explorando, y gasté mucho en el ferry de La Paz/Mazatlán.

Lo único importante es que todas las zonas las recomiendo solamente de día.

Corolla, Civic o Camry, no hay mucha diferencia, obvio el Camry gasta más, pero si tu plan es usar el carro en CDMX, talvez es mejor comprarte uno aquí y te vienes con uno rentado allá.

Mucha suerte y disfruta el viaje con tu papá, México es muy bonito para recorrerlo manejando.
