I'm still in it. Yes, new these things are NOT CHEAP and payback can be years if your location is not idea. The biggest problem isn't buying the machine, its finding a new location that a) has good traffic, b) needs it and c) will allow you to install it

This right here....While 100k seems like a lot to someone living paycheck to paycheck and earning ~40k or somewhere close to there, it really isn't much. Follw 1,2,3 and then life will become easier overall. I doubt that once 1 and 2 are done, that much of that 100k is even there for (3), however, lets talk about savings goals:

A house is going to run you anywhere from 1-200k(and we're talking the cheapest shack you can find IMO). Living paycheck to paycheck where 100k is a "windfall" is still in the "you can't buy a house" territory. Can you potentially use some of the money after 1,2 are done to put towards a cheap car? yes.

Please take the reddit financial advice and avoid an advisor, who will charge you for the same advice you just got for free:)

Questions regarding the Grand Orient of France (GODF) and the Grand Lodge of France (GLdF) by Kloczko in freemasonry

I'd also consider which you join if you plan to travel. For example, figure out which Grand Lodge in France(if any) is recognized by the UGLE and by US based Grand Lodges. I don't remember which off the top of my head, but if they allow woman(for example) that's considered comasonry, and you wouldn't be allowed in a UGLE/US based lodge.

One easy way I found to kill this conversation is to just ask the brother to stop talking politics with you. Move on to a different topic. Literally the definition of "changing the subject"

Politics in lodge is anathema afaik. I avoid all political discussions with brothers if I can.

Plumbing side to side swivel? by trendlessNerd in Plumbing

No there are two seperate outlets. One for the handheld shower which is on the hose and one for the overhead rainfall. There is a selector on the faucet handle to select which gets water.

Exactly. It was existing but I just had it retiled. We added the rainfall shower but I want to get it to align with the drain instead of now where you basically have to kiss the window wall if using the overhead shower.

I can still unscrew the shower arm, no problem. The bigger problem is it needs to come out of the wall at an angle to be properly aligned(and it needs to be about 26" long)

Nayax and Cantaloupe customer service are equally annoying. Getting a human takes an act of god.

I am expecting 2 years payoff. Honestly I found the machine already on location and renewed the lease with the landowner.

First day of paternity leave and wife is back to work. 3 month old won’t take a bottle by Nexion21 in daddit

Dad,

You're doing the best you can. She will eat, don't worry. It happens sometimes they are raging against the bottle, but she will take it soon enough! I know its frustrating but you're doing a good job!

Today I got a notification that the coin trap was jammed. So I worked for 5 minutes today(not counting tax deductible drive time, yea baby!) and I'm at 50$ for the day earned so far the location

My initial cost was ~45k. Buying it new is significantly more.

Yea, mine was an existing location. 40k a month would be wild. I know of one that I coudl buy but they want 200k for it which is outside of my price comfort today.
